In addition to his role a Managing Principal of Covenant Capital Investors, Jeff also serves as Managing Principal of CRE IMPACT, Chairman of Four Stones Real Estate Opportunity Fund, and Chairman of CCI OZ Fund.
Jeff retired from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2011 as a senior executive in global real estate commercial and investment banking, where he led the REIT industry formation. Since 2011, Jeff has managed several real estate private equity funds and has invested over $50 billion in proprietary balance sheet capital, thus far. Jeff serves as a board trustee of Truett McConnell University and Georgia State University, where he has led the real estate and endowment activities. Jeff is an Atlanta native and has a BBA in real estate from Georgia State University. He and his wife, Cindy, are members of First Baptist Atlanta and have one daughter and one granddaughter.
