Real Estate Private Equity

CCI serves as lead sponsor for a myriad of direct and proprietary real estate investments.  Industry leadership experience and production relationships spanning nearly 40 years allow for niche investment opportunities for a close circle of individual and family office investors.

CCI created several private equity funds and currently serves as manager for Four Stones Real Estate Opportunity Fund and CCI OZ Fund.  The funds are fully deployed across a broad array of property types and geographic markets. By design, nearly 50% of the fund investors are female and minority.

CCI leads an affiliate known as CRE IMPACT that partners with Not-For-Profit (NPO) organizations to maximize the stewardship of real estate assets through comprehensive Missional + Community solutions.  CRE IMPACT has several transformational development projects starting shortly.
